빈잔[Empty Glass]

빈 잔은 물이 채워질 때 비로소 잔의 역할을 하지만,
그 안의 빈 공간은 애초에 어떤 틀도 없는, 무한히 펼쳐진 공간이다.
우리는 그 빈 잔의 공간이 잔의 형태 안에 갇혀 있다고 생각하지만,
사실 그것은 처음부터 ‘없음’을 말하고자 한다.

An empty glass only fulfills its purpose when it is filled with water.
Yet the empty space within it has never had a form — it is an infinite expanse.
We often think the space inside the glass is confined by its shape,
but in truth, it speaks of nothingness from the very beginning.
